DEFA is an organization created to spread awareness about the digital divide, and the inequalities that some people go through when dealing with current day technology.

What is the digital divide you ask? The digital divide is the gap of accessibility to technology to certain people. People who grew up poor or uneducated may be unable to use or understand necessary forms of technology compared to those who grew up more privileged. DEFA is about spreading the knowledge about this problem, and the ways that we can help fix it.
